Where Do I Find An Investor ?
My place appraises for $306K and I am selling for $260K to relocate. Where do I find direct investors instead of brokers that contact investors ? I have 25 acres with my home and there IS a shortage in my area and its increasing in value. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!!
Ok, maybe I should say buyer ? I do have a couple wanting to long term rent (2 yrs) and then buy, all on contract of course. I am looking at all my options here.
Thank you for replying and I didnt mean to "advertise". They are just wanting to rent for a year or 2 on contract to save up and then do an owner finance with me, however, I dont plan on still owning it at the end of 2 years. Will that matter ?
