Call up a couple title companies in your area and ask for access to their property profiles. Tell them you are an investor and you will throw them some business and use their title company when you do deals. This will not be as detailed as the MLS, but it is still a good source for recent comps.
Thanks for all your responses on my POF and double closing ? I knew if I asked on this forum I would get a great answer and I have. I will use the transactional funding company and ask for the referrals for the title co. One can feel comfort using the agency and also we can feel our selves comfortable with the help of the agency.

Not starting a Transactional Funding company...just using one. Sounds like an ideal way of doing a successful double closing fast.
