Where Can I Locate Fixer Uppers
i dont want to buy a fixer upper off the internet in a different state with pictures. me and my partner are preapproved for a rehab and need help in how to locate one near the area we live in.
Drive around you are bound to see one eventually. Look in your newspaper for ads
Speak to some realtors etc.
Best place to find fixer-uppers, look out your car windows... When youa re driving anywhere, look for overgrown yards, boarded up houses, etc...
Also - search through FSBO ads either online or in the paper and concentrate on the words fixer, TLC, handyman special, etc!!

thanks that you quoted this i was told to rule realtors out. will other investors sell fixer upper to a buyer that uses hm.

in this market u probably dont wont to subscribe to a list ect, you want to market with people to find them. otherwise you will be the 30th person to talk to them. Realators might learn about deals that wont list with them so i wouldnt rule them out.
