How do you find a homeowner that is about to be foreclosed upon and has already vacated their house? They are not listed in the phone book, the post office will not give out the forwarding address, and internet white page searches do not have anything. Can the bank give me their latest personal information on this person?
Try the neighbor, they usually know where the previous owner has vanished. They can also provide a reasonable amount of information regarding the area and the homes interior.

I have a friend back east who "chases down skips." That girl never gives up. She calls the neighbors on each side of the property and also accross the streeet. She says when she finds "miss nosey neighbor" she has hit the mother lode. Miss nosey knows everything that's going on in the "hood.
In your case you have a time issue to contend with. You may want to hire a private investigator if the situation warrrants.
