When It Rains It Pours
6 months ago had the worst time finding the deals now got more rehabs and deals then I can shake a stick at. Phone will not stop ringing and I haven't even done a add campain yet. I do even want to think what it would be like if I did that. Now the work begins on finding investors to buy some of these rehab units.
I probably would have my umbrella handy,so that I dont get drenched! LOL . What I meant is,you should be having a quality buyer list now to transition the properties over rather than hunt for buyer/investors now. Long back when I used to invest in stocks,I used to drool over the stocks I had and how much it appreciated,then a wise guy pointed out that the money is mine only when I book profits
. But the good news is you have made the difficult part of finding good quality deals so congratulations!
Ahh but I am now putting toghter a list so I dont get wet. Who would ever had thought it would snow ball so quickly.
LOL, you seem to be changing the weather condition so quickly that Iam having a hard time catching up with you!
Well it is 830 here and have had 5 calls tonight from sellers asking me if I can stop by and see them this weekend. Did you ever see people bidding for your time??? lol

Well its been a busy Sat. met with 5 different sellers and all were successful.
To answer the question what have I been doing differently well one thing is I follow thru when I tell someone that it is a done deal and the money is there they tell there friends who are in trouble also.
Next thing I know phones start ringing, One oiher thing I have now that I didnt have before is a big dog and he came to me after hearing about what I have been doing.
