Whats The Trend Of Market (Interest Rates)
What do you think the trend of the market is right now and over the next 6 months. I'm looking into getting into a short ARM and would like to know what people think.

rates are lower today than they were last summer, will they stay low? Until they find bin laden, everything will be discounted. Things will change in Sept to Nov, It's an election year
