Whats The Best Way
Hey all
I'm just wondering what the best way to break into mobile homes is. Should I buy and rent or buy and sell with me carrying the note. What has everyone else experienced with these types of deals? I've heard that the money potential is not that great in mobile homes but I seem to think that thats untrue.
Also, where's a good spot to start looking for deals and cheap mobile homes.
I just purchased "Deals on Wheels" and am waiting for it to arrive.
Has anyone else read this book and if so how would you rate the info in it.

you have done the right thing in purchasing deals on wheels ,believe me there is no better book for mobile homes than deals on wheels.
As far as profits are concerned.you can make a lot of money in mobile homes.
