What To Do With Goldmine?
I have a house under contract right now. 60 days to close. Got it for $54,800. Needs $20,000 in repairs. Comps show house reselling at $125,000 to $150,000. But, my money source fell through. I was going to fix it myself. Is there a website where I might find someone to wholesale this house to. I am in Statesville,NC. Thanks!
