In your contract with sub2 sellers, what clauses do you find are MOST IMPORTANT to include in your paperwork?
What clauses are commonly left out by rookies?
Has anybody had trouble because of leaving a particular clause out?

Did your attorney who reviewed your paperwork to make sure it was state specific leave something out you are in question about?
I hope you got the point you are asking laymen from all different areas across the United States to answer a question and if the answer is wrong and you include it in your contract, tuff.
If your attorney answers it wrong, then he or she is obligated to correct the mistake.
