What Should A Seller Look For In A Short Sale Contract?
If I'm the seller and I agree to a short sale, what should I look for in a short sale contract;, and/or what things can a propose to put in the contract which will protect me againt future IRS tax consequences (1099-misc, etc) or other action by the lender?
