  There are a lot of scenerios that can make you money. Death of property owner, probate, default mortgage, vacant houses, out of state landlords, fire damaged property, taxes overdue just to name the most common. Just find property that the owners do not want and you will do great.

  Birddog's should look for investor's who need or want birddog's. The investor will tell you what to look for and what they want. There is no one answer to what an investor looks for. Find out which type of investing you want to learn, seek out an investor doing what it is you want to learn, then birddog...find the deals that fit that type of investing.
