What's Going To Be If ?

I have a house under contract for 60 or 30 days and investor whom I assigning the contract won't be able to get his constaction loan in this 30-60 days? :-?

    Not knowing what clauses you used in your contract can make this go any direction. Did your contract have any subject 2 clauses?

    The guy doesn't sound like much of an investor. If he can't swing a loan in 30 days he has issues, if he can't swing it in 60 days I'd say he is a lost cause. I wouldn't wait on him, pass it on to another buyer.
