I think buying properties out of bankruptcy is going to be a hot thing for my group and me this year.
About half of my loss mitigation clients are in bankruptcy at any given time. Since I know all their dirty little details, I think those that end up in CH 7 will provide us with ample opportunity to talk to BK trustees and convince the BK court judges that our offers are valid.
We have done real well with deeply discounted mortgage notes as well in the last year and looking to pick up a LOT more this year.
