variable-one property I did all new kit cab,copper plumbing-indestructable tile floor new carpet paint new wall 115v outlets new switches and light fixtures,new room and gutters . took 3-4 months to do after work myself and 10k in materials-there was zero maintenance for 5 years now- it also got a furnace and w.h.---all material was home depot grade-but new- hope this helps
