What Lien Is Foreclosing?
I am trying to find out what lien is foreclosing and having the trust sale. I have called the numbers on the posting on the house but no one will give any info other than a date of sale. Doing a title search will not tell me which lien is foreclosing as well.
Help.... any suggestions? thanks.
The trust sale normally list details by book and page or document number of who is foreclosing. A title search will indicate whom the foreclosing party and position of lien by discovering who the oldest document date is.
