What Kind Of Success Have You Had With OptionOne?
I am working a short sale right now with Option One and they don't seem to want to budge very much in the price.
Do you have any suggestions?
The owners of the property have filed BK so at this point it may be 6 months or more before they can obtain the property and resll it.
