what is up john reeds behind?
Why does John Reed hate creative real estate gurus so much. I personally own several courses from Ron Legrand, Claude Diamond, and even the oldy goldy Carleton Sheets. I have found these courses to be worth their weight in gold. If you take John Reed's advice you would never even look at these courses. By the way I am considering purchasing John "cash" Locke's course, I was wondering if he has anything on audio.

Jerr, was referring to me not Reed.
He just left out the JOHN'S when he typed it. I do not think Jerr is a fan of Reed's as I can assure you I am not.
If I read his thoughts I would have never have gotten into Real Estate Investing, a more depressing site I have not encountered.
