  It depends on the subject of the question. Read the forum descriptions and try to decide which is most appropriate. This is a good place for title insurance questions. If you post in the wrong forum a moderator will generally move the post into a more relevant one.
  
  One piece of advice is to make your question as specific as possible. Questions that are too broad tend to not get answered, and when they are answered the reply often does not address the matter you were originally inquiring about.

  Can anyone recommend a commercial lender that might be open to doing what is described above: lending on a portfolio of 50-100 small income-producing residential properties to an LLC?
