You can start off birddogging while you learn the ropes of REI. John Locke has a good Birddog E-book that you can purchase. Blessed Investing!

That's right: John Locke has a good Birddog E-book that you can purchase. Don't miss that one!

Find a local REI Club and join that and associate yourself with people that are doing deals and learn from them. Locate a mentor and read as much on the subject right here as you can. There is so much info here, you will be crosseyed before you know it and you will also have gained a world of knowledge to get you started. Good luck and don't be afraid to ask questions after you look on here for the answers! You might be surprised to find that your question is being answered as you come up with it. Use this valuable tool.

start off birddogging (finding deals that have a high upside) then before actually selling the lead to a buyer, get it under contract (make an offer and have it accepted) yourself and sell THAT (contract) to an investor. in other words, wholesaling. it's a step further than birddoggin, with birddoging, you don't make offers, you just find the deal and sell the info to an investor.

more money in it and you learn while you make nice dough. good luck!

I guess our new friend mak7003 will think: Well it's easy to say and not so easy to do for someone like me who is actualy interested in details, scripts, hands-on expirienced sugestions.

"more money in it and you learn while you make nice dough. good luck!"

Yea, it does sound easy, doesn't it? if you dont geting the unswer you want, ask the clarifieng question!

What I know is that the most money is in the banking busines, so whay are we looking into REI instead of opening banks? Both require people's trust if you need to ask them for the money. I would spell out the birddogin script for mak7003 but I skiped the beginer stage. My first move was multi unit building and from thet time on, I never looked back. However, I had the money and many birddogs dont so why someone who started this way don't explain the strings?
