Start at your local library pulling books on the subject. After that, you might want to visit the nearest REIA and get some advice/suggestions from people doing it in your local market.
Thanks for the input! I have done a bit of research on the Ron Legrand, and he has a (3) programs in one packet that seems to include the lease AND the wholesaling.

I saw an old Ron LeGrand boot camp video, and Lou Brown was a student. He was working on his very first L/O at that time.
