I realize a good property manager may be far and few between and would do it myself if I did not have a full time job and the property was in my neighborhood. I am just trying to get an idea of what an experienced investor who has a "good" property manager would pay. Thank you.
It depends on the size of the property. Typically the going rate is about 10% for but if you own a larger property the rate is lower. Where are you looking at in Alabama?
