I am young and learning. i understand what purchasing using lease/option as well as selling. Haven't quite figured out what excatly this sub2 thing is. i just bought John lockes course so i am sure that that will explain it in great detail just looking for a little clarification.

Hey John thanks alot.
I have a few questions. I think that your material will cover most of it so i will just study and wait for it to get here.
As a young gun that is going to make this work and has plenty of bouth time and energy to make this a prosperous endeaver what type of advice could you offer someone such as my self. should i study for quite a while till i know much more than i do now, or should i jump in with both feet and learn through trial and error. I am running around in circles learning as much as poosible and talking with people and taking advice but dont' know where to go from here. ARe there certain things i should deffinatly know before attempting to start my investing or will i know when i know enough. I know that these are definitly loaded questions but i am a quick thinker and fast on my feet just need some directions to go.
