What Is "Cooperative Assignment"? (COA)
Hi all,
I saw an ad on the news paper where an owner is requesting for a T/B or "Cooperative Assignment " ... I know about the T/B "But" what does he mean by Cooperative Assignment? Never dealt with this before but I have heard of it, and is begining to get me intrigued.
So can anybody please explain what this means and how it works or where can I get more info on it? (no I refuse to call and ask him)
