What Is Best Way To Invest?

I have a S corp and I want to do investing in another state with another investor. I buy the property and put up the rehab money, we split 65/35.

I want to use my personal Self directed IRA for this one I am doing now.

I would be using funds from my SD IRA as well as my corporate LOC or I could use my HELOC.

What is the best way to do these deals?

Run it through my company?

Do it personally?

Create an LLC?

Thank s for any help.

You really need professional advice on this. The IRS is very strict about how these are setup to avoid having everything taxed and potentially penalized for "early withdrawel".

Well as it is a Self Directed IRA there is no issues with withdraw due to the purpose of Self Directed is to do this type of investing.

What I am really asking is.. What is the best way to do deals out of state, with buying the property in your company name or your personal name to get the best tax breaks?

    Thank you
