I have seen so many deals just sit there despite have reasonable offers.
My goal is to just be consistent and keep looking at deals.
I have a REO I am working right now that was on the market for 6 mo., and then 2 days after I got interested, they pulled it off the market w/o any explanation.
I think its early in the game for many lenders. They are in denial on the default situation they are in. It'll take some more time and more defaults for "capitulation". Works the same trading the markets.
any input on this, anyone?
Bank are full of themselves.
