What If The Due-on-sale Clause Is Called In?
Although it is unlikely to happen -
How would you other Sub2 Investors handle it if the due-on-sale loan clause was called due by the lender?

Sell before the Sale date. Refinance in your name or Cut in an Investor for a piece of the action and have him refi it.
