What Forms Are Needed For Owner Financing?
My grandmother is selling us a parcel of land in front of her. It is fully paid for and she is willing to carry the note on the parcel for us until we build our home. Once the house is complete, we plan on refinancing to pay off the first mortgage to her. What forms will we need to get this accomplished?
