What Do They Mean By The Disclaimer?
Below is a copy of an email reply I received from the St Charles County Missouri Collectors office.

All properties with two or more years delinquent taxes are subject to
the Tax Sale. A listing of Tax Sale properties is advertised in the St.
Charles County Business Record on the last three Mondays in July.
You may obtain copies of the advertised Tax Sale by contacting the St.
Charles County Business Record.

Thank you.
So whats the problem? Seems very straight forward. Just follow the bouncing ball and do as indicated. You will get educated and more then that I think with a very little effort you could make a buck. You might during the course of your readings explore the portions of the law which state what happens to liens on Tax Sale Properties, both JUNIOR amd SENIOR. Also IRS and any State Income Tax Liens.
Enjoy, Lucius
