What Do I Say As I Knock On Doors?
Might anyone have words of advice to share with me as I go knocking on people's doors to ask them to sell me their homes?? What opening lines do you use? How do you introduce yourselves?
I don't want to seem too presumptuous on one hand, or too mealy-mouthed on the other.

If you tell us what you are wanting to do in the way of investing by knocking on doors, then you will probably get some answers.
It would depend on what type of investing I am doing as to what I would say.
You might say "your house or your life" then of course someone might say 'take my life, I am keeping my house to live in."
