What Counts...what Next?
So...I'm trying to focus on what counts: Making offers.
I've got a pile of leads on ugly vacants. After some research I have either a mailing address or P.O. Box #. However, getting the current/correct phone number for any of these has been an issue.
I don't like the idea of writing a letter. I'd much rather speak to each individual seller personally. Am I wasting time by being adamant in this approach? Until I get a deal or two under my belt, I'd like to avoid writing letters and waiting. I'd much rather get the seller on the phone and get right to the point.
Any tips on what should be the next step?
