What Can I Charge A Bank To Run These Properties?

have a management firm and a local bank has asked me to run 6 or 7 rental homes that have ended up in their lap.

They are spread out in various places in the middle part of the state. I'm not sure if they are even rented. The bank wants someone to watch over them, collect rent if there is any, fix things that need to be fixed, etc. We are not a brokerage, so, we would not be selling them unless I hear it's a fantastic gig...then I'll find someone to market them for me too and take a small cut for organizing it.

Any info on what normal pricing for this type of work would be greatly appreciated. My niche is running 100+ unit apartment complexes.
