What Background Checks Do You Do
When pre-qualifying tenant/buyers for your lease options, what background checks do you do, other than a credit check?
Any recommendations for web sites or companies to help with the background checks?
I have a property that was listed for sale, but no takers in the last three months. Have several who are interested in Lease/Purchase, however and jest need some advice on what checks I shoudl do to protect my investment.

Just get at least 5% down. With several thousand dollars in a non-refundable option fee and a good option contract, some people would say that no background check is needed.
