I'm not even sure if the avantages that you've listed are still available on VA Repo's. I don't think that the VA Is extending the VA Benefits to non-veterans on these properties any more, but I could be wrong there.
There is usually so many people looking for VA Repo's that In my opinion, there are much better deals in the regular foreclosure/REO's market.

At the end of 2003, VA quit offering vendee financing for their foreclosure inventory. Investors wanting to purchase from the VA inventory must bring their own financing to the settlement table.
I find dealing with VA a pain. They simply repeat a standard. Bring in the deal complete with financing ready to go. and, your offer better be close. We do not feel that we have to suffer any losses at this time.
Could be just me or maybe just the Los Angeles Market. I have pretty well abandoned that venue as a source for deals.
Besides their fee appraiser laughed at my Containers. Asked me if I supplied a canopener with each house.
We declined his application. He makes too much money. That shook him.
i agree with lufos. i have found the same problem with hud. they don't "deep" discount like they did a few years back. i can find better deals, also they are more plentiful, on the open market ........kenmax
