What Are Some Ways To Get Your Offer Accepted?
Hello All,
I am putting in 4-5 offers a week on properties, and I am not getting any acceptances. I have tried bidding higher than the asking price on my last 10 offers and still have yet to get an offer accepted. I am pre-approved for financing both with a conventional lender and a hard money lender. Please advise any advice would be greatly appreciated. :-?
Wow, you are offering more $$ than the asking price.... Are these REO Listings you are going after? If so this is a competitive market and usually takes a while to "build" a relationship with the REO Agent. I would contact the agent and find out what the accepting offer is. It may be that the deals are not "true" workable deals for you.
