What Are My Options
I have a PA on an MF deal, here are some info on the deal;
Gross Income $300000
Vacancy @ 8%
Gross Expenses $112000
NOI $162400
Figures are estimates. Income is actual because duplicate property on same street is already rented, there is a cosmetic rehab required for the subject property. Fico is about 600, I have 20% down payment, how can i fund this if i dont want to use my money. This property is located in a University community, located in a midtown area presently undergoing tremendous redevelopment activity.
