The other question is what is the market for a vacant lot in Florida? I would think that uninsurable title would be a big problem for most development.
May be a problem for developers so find yourself a private citizen and sell it to them. I do such using a special warranty deed. Disclose it is a tax purchase property and cya in your contract. Don’t know if your state has SWD’s but I suppose so.
