No you are not blind. I had the same problem trying to change my user name. What I had to do was close my existing subscription and open another with a new user name. That's what worked for me. Click on support, then technical support. Explain to them what it is your trying to do. They are very helpful.

click on the "my tci" tab up in the left hand corner, the click on "my info" you will see "user name" change it and save at the bottom............ggod luck kenmax

I can not change it from there it is not an editable field.
