As an add on, I have to figure this out by the end of the month because I have to decide whether to sign up for another year lease--since if I leave, I will no longer get any deal. Bad thing is that in anticipation, they have increased my rent from 875 per month, to 1179 which is a huge jump. Our tenants association is trying to close a deal by the end of the year but that is a lot of money extra I am paying each month so that is something else I am considering. Whether to move out and save the extra money I am putting in.
