No Access To MyTCI

When I click on My TCI, I get the message quoted below. When I type in the info requested, it won't let me access MyTCI. Am I doing something wrong here? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    You have changed email accounts, have an invalid email address, OR blocking emails coming from www.thecreativeinvestor.com in your SPAM settings.
