I am new to this and need help. I need to find lenders in Texas to work with me on buying homes to rehab and either sell or hold for rentals.....HELP!!!! :-?
Look under lenders tab at top of page or go to google or yahoo etc and type in hard money lender. Hard money lenders will fund at 65% to 70% of after rapaired value. Refinance after rehab is complete.
