Investing In Distressed Or Foreclosed Homes
I currently reside in my owner occupied condo and co-own a family home with my brother. I am interested in this growing market of loss migration property to increase my cash flow and eventually begin to purchase rental property. I have a connection who is anxious to enlist those in good standing like myself.
Can anyone inform me of the Pros and Cons of these deals?
Is this a good place to start to make short money?
Can anyone recommend literature regarding these deals?

The PROS are perfect and the CONS work in my favor since I work full-time on a condensed 3 day work schedule. My benefits will keep me employed since I have a 10 month-old to keep healthy!!
