I just joined this website after finishing my first REI book, and I cannot believe the amount of information available. I have been in forums on other subjects, but I am simply amazed at what is offered here. One advantage to being only 23 is I can stay awake all night reading previous posts! haha Awesome website. :-D
There should be real estate groups in your area. Do a search online, you should be able to find a group that meets once a month. It's how I got started (after reading lots and lots of books).
