I NEED HELP WITH CONTRACTS
I'm a newbie trying to get started with my career in real estate investing. I want to start out flipping/wholsaling properties in the suburbs of illinois. I have invested in several books, ron legrand-robert allen and etc. I've attended seminars and understand the process of what i'm suppose to do. I'm just kind of confused when it comes to the purchase sale contract. do I need to get the contract on line to edit the frase "and/or assign" and what other clause's if any do i need to add? Secondly, when i present the assignment of agreement contract to prospect buyer do i need to add anything to contract to keep them from trying to steal the deal from me? I would really would appreciate some help, b-cause I really believe this was meant for me to try. Adding the phrase "and/or assigns" it a definatie if you want to be able to assign the contract to someone else. This will secure your position with the seller. YOu don't have to worry about protecting yourself in a contract with the buyer, since the contact with the seller has already insured your position.
