Does The A.D. Kessler Education Program Work?
I want to learn about real estate...I got the Kessler "Fortune at Your Feet" book...then his "education" group called me and gave me a sale pitch.
Has anyone used his program? I'm trying to do some due diligence and about him and his program. They alegedly "guarantee" to assist you untill you make twice your "tuition fee."
What is his reputation? 
Do not buy it. $5000-$10000 is not worth worth what they offer. I gurantee you will feel "robbed" when it is over. Your $ will get you much farther picking up some things from this site instead,

Don't do it! Join your local REI group, get a marketing plan in place and find a few friends who do the same thing. MUCH cheaper and you get more!
