several inexpensive ones are available...
... you can use Frontpage and other software to create your content... many templates are available.. and then you publish... or you can find a site you like, save it, and modify to make it your own...
most important thing is to get your domain advertised!!!
We offer websites already that will bring in content that you enter into TCI right here. (Called an XMLFeed)
In the upcoming months we will have a way for users to have their own custom TCI website for a small fee. If they would like to get their own domain as well, they have that option.

I have done a bunch of research on web hosts. You have to be careful because sometimes the customer service can really suck.
Here are a couple that I recommend:

They have great service and packages to offer.
