Confused And Frustrated
I called on an ad in the paper that said (investor special owner finance 0 down), the guy I spoke with said he had 30 properties to sell and was willing to help beginning investors. I have made 3 more calls to him and emailed once, but no reply. Should I move on and assume that this guy is not for real, or could I be missing a really solid opportunity if I move on?
Move On! Whats the worst that can happen? You go buy something else and the day after you close this guy finally gets his act together to call you back and he has the deal of the century. So what will you do? Buy 'em both.
