Web Site - Need Your Guys Feedback
Hey guys,
I was wondering - im pretty proficient with my pc and i can throw together a really simple website.
I was thinking of 2 things
1) a site that simply states "I buy Homes in your area BLAH BLAH BLAH" And have the user enter thier contact info and information about thier home...
2) Have a more detailed site stating the acutla deal of a LO and i feel this way i will get a more motivated seller who knows up front what i can do for them and thier home???
the 2nd way though willbe more difficult i think becasue i will have to work the content really hard to make sure im not scaring possible deals away and i also dont want to reinvent the wheel...
