Water Everwhere
Hello everyone. There is a pond approx. 2 acres in a nice subdivision ( homes $195-$450,000) with taxes unpaid. I do not know at this time if it has fish in it. Would this be a good invesment to invest in? I am a newbie, I bet you could not tell. Thanks.
