I just turned 18 and it's time to buy some real estate. Some things I need advice on:
1. I am looking for listings of Foreclosed homes in Washington, where is the best place to find a list?
2. I am looking for a real estate mentor.
Any advice or resources that can help me get started. My first goal is to get a list of foreclosed homes and go look at 30-50 properties and get familiar before I do anything.
I found a couple lists but most of them are Mobile Homes, things I am really not looking for.

For King County, look in the Daily Journal of Commerce. All the branch libraries have copies if you can't find it for sale (I like going to the library for this since they usually have the last month or so of issues available rather than just one day at a newsstand)
