Was It The Right Move?

Hello, I feel that I made the right decision, just wanted to run it by you, see what you think?
I almost bought a house that is being built right now, will be done it a month. But then when I did my home work, I learned that the developer owes the two lots right next to it, and I found that he will build 2 more house right next to mine same style, I just though that is not going to be a good investment "have two newer houses next to mine same style for a bout the same price "even though I was going to live in it for 2-5 years, but I never felt right about buying a house similar to ones right next to it, they just do not have a good resell value and you are compared to the similar ones no matter how different qualities you have in your?
Thanks

    Hello,

Sounds like a good idea to me. Here's why.

Such house are usually for first time home buyers, as we know, most people make at or below the middle class wage which means you have a greater pool of potential buyers when you're ready to sell.

You stay 2 to 5 years and, being that propety will typically increase 2% to 5%/year, that means that your home has increased in value at least 2 to 5%/year.

The same homes nextdoor, in my experience, is not a "bad" thing.

    Thanks :-D ,
